Plan your best group event in Richmond, VA
Have you heard of the great mountain biking that Richmond has to offer?
RideKore, owned by Richmond natives, is the only company in Richmond that actively provides IMBA certified Level II mountain bike instruction and guided tours for all skill levels. Ridekore guides lead groups on adventurous two-hour tours along the historic "James River Slave Trails" that run alongside the mighty James River from Brown's Island to Ann Carrows Landing.
Before the tour starts, RideKore guides will provide the group with an introduction to basic trail riding techniques and safety protocols before adventuring out onto the trails. Tours can be optimized for groups of riders with more riding experience. Group tours also include several fun and competitive mountain bike team building activities.
RideKore coaches can take groups of up to 40 people, which will be split into smaller groups of 10. Tours are typically two hours long and the minimum age to ride is eight-years-old. Beginning groups are recommended to ride from February to November for an optimal experience.
While participants should be in basic physical shape, challenge levels are customizable to each group. Groups meet at Belle Isle's mountain bike skills park for instruction before hitting the trails together.
Mention PartyRVA at the time of booking and all participants will receive a 10 person discount on future mountain bike lessons with RideKore.
Guided trips start at $65 per person with a minimum of 10 people and include a guide or guides, bike rental and helmet. If someone would like to bring their own mountain bike, the price is $45.
